AI training grants for companies

You don't have to pay for your team's AI training out of your own pocket. There are grant programmes that cover a substantial part of the cost of employee training in artificial intelligence. I help you navigate the options and deliver the training so it fits the grant — Prague and Czechia.

Main programmes (as of July 2026)

Vzdělávání pro firmy (Czech Labour Office)

The successor to the DIGI pro firmu programme, which ended in November 2025. Expected to open in the second half of 2026 and run until 2028. The subsidy is calculated per trained person-hour (its predecessor paid ca. CZK 536 per person per hour). Companies with a training plan ready can apply as soon as the call opens.

OPZ+ (Operational Programme Employment plus)

Funds employee training in Czech companies. The Corporate Training call (CZK 700 million for 2026–2027) is closed to new applications — but successful companies are delivering their training right now, and AI skills can be included.

Programme conditions and deadlines change — I always verify the specific options as of the current date of your enquiry.
